Pattern: Sylvan Shoulders--where?

According to the WoW site (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/factions/cenarion/index.html;jsessionid=B163E01416C033CD0C3B6CF58F134D3B.app02) there should be two patterns available at friendly. The general goods vendor had the herb bag but not the shoulders pattern. What do I need to do or where do I need to go to obtain that pattern?

Read the page closer amigo. Right under the recipes list, it says the Sylvans (and others) are coming in the next patch.
