chooseing a profession

i am a lvl 16 enchanter, i want to have a second profession and i want to know witch by itself gathering skill makes the most money

Herbalism seems to be the most profitable on my server as far as gathering goes, I find it mind numbing but it is profitable.

I picked up skinning early on, I picked places to grind that had beasts I could skin. 10xheavy leather = 1g roughly on my server so it has worked out well so far. I'm at 300 skinning and am lvl 41. I've just now started killing beasts that yield rugged hide. With naxx recipes required cured rugged hide i think this will be a money maker.

That being said wild steelbloom x 20 are 15g on my server they are pretty common and you don't have to have crazy herb skill to pick them.
