Backstab/ambush damage?

Does someone know how the ambush and backstab formulat for damage works? xxx-xxx then is it 20% with oppurtunity and lethality then adds 30%? and is crit the white damage plus 50%? sorry im sure that is a bit confusing and not very well put but hopefully you get the idea what im after.
