Green box around attach button

I have a green box around my attack button 4 my melea weapon and my bow and I dont know why its there, but I know it wont let me attack so i usually just start with with special attacks, but does anyone know how to get it off?

A green box around a button shows that you have that item equipped. You've dragged the weapon onto the bar. What you want to do is press p and in the general tab find the attack and shoot bow buttons, and put them on your toolbar instead. Then you can attack normally.
