Ok first the last mail...

Hello,

Thank you for your Email. You will only be able to reimburse a chargeback using a credit card. If you are not sure that your card can be used online, I suggest you try it on you account management page . If your card does not work, I then suggest you borrow a card from your family of friends to reimburse the chargeback and you will then be able to resume your payment via prepaid gamecards once again.

Please do not hesitate to contact us again, if you ever need billing information and advice.

Best regards,

Vinh

My problem:

No. You need a CC to activate it. The CC will not get charged. Find a friend/parent/family member to use theirs.

Alright. So if you need a CC...go find one? I am not quite sure what you are asking. There is no way anybody on this forum is going to give you their CC information.

What is a chargeback?

The charge a credit card merchant pays to a customer after the customer successfully disputes an item on his or her credit card statement.

Yeah. So. Now what?

If I read that correctly, Blizz is going to give YOU money. So tell a friend or parent they are going to get a free $15 or wahtever it is and go out and buy your gamecards.

Or am I once again missing soemthing?

Then you and the OP are not having the same problem.

Why don't you contact BLIZZARD and ask for other ways to pay them?

You might be able to send in a check.

How do you mean, "pay Blizzard back"? Did you just run out of money to keep your account active, or is there any actual outstanding debt? If so, how on earth did you manage to get Blizzard to give you credit?

And are you actually "Banned" in that you were thrown off for an offense? If so, what offense was it? If your account was just put into suspension for lack of monthly payment, that's not the same as a ban.

Best thing to do is to call the Blizzard billing department and ask what exactly they want, how you can pay without CC etc, often companies also have a banknr. on which you can make a deposit etc etc. But they, the billing department, are the ones who have all the relevant information on how to proceed further.

People here seem to not know what a chargeback is.

I had this problem a few months ago. Normally I paid from my own bank account with direct debit, but at some time there wasn't enough money on my account for it. So because of this blizzard couldn't get the money from my account, but it had still activated my month.

My account then got suspended because of "chargeback" this simply means that blizzard didnt get the money and you did get the month, so they suspend your account because you hadn't actually paid for the gametime you received.

Thus there is one way to fix this, you have to use your (or if you dont't have one, someone else's) credit card to pay blizzard the amount of money that you owe them and after that you can start playing again.

Thanks for that! Finally...somebody that can clearly state what the OP and "new" OP could not describe.

Ok, i'm going to ASSUME that you are 18 and no one wants to lend you their credit card information for whatever reason and you don't have one of your own. You can go get a "prepaid creditcard" from a retail store, like grocery stores or even a payday loan/check cashing place. I know for sure they have them at payday loan places, i used to work at one. You pay to activate it and you put the money on it and use it like that and so forth. Not sure if they still have them in grocery stores, i got one when i turned 18, but that was 4 years ago...so yeah. Just go get a prepaid one.

Problem solved...
