scale the un-scaleable?

Looking for an addon that would you to scale windows that normally don't have a UI scale option on them. Such as Ct_bottom bar, when you break the bar up into different componants.

A mod similar to the move anything mod. Any ideas?

Discord Frame Modifier does that, just add the frame with the frame-finder and u can move/scale/hide/hook it to another parent/whatever.
