Raid Info keeps "popping up"

Since patch 1.11, the raid info window keep popping up on me. I am sure this has something to do with CT_Raid, and how Blizzard added some new raid features.

I have the latest version of CT_Raid, does anyone know how to resolve this issue? Anyone else gettting this problem too?
