Auctioneer Troubles

So I decided to try Auctioneer. I went to their site and got the latest version. When I loaded and ran it, it gave some message about converting my savedvariables.lua (or something like that) file, and asked if I wanted to cancel or convert. So I clicked convert.

After that Auctioneer wouldn't work - nor would it even allow me to access the AH at all. I had to logout and disable it before I could browse the AH.

Any ideas on a fix?
