Cost of Training Skinning

Read in one of the posts about skinning that it is a cheap profession as it only costs a few silver to train the levels. My next level is apparently going to cost me 4g!! (Can't remember if that's to go up to 225, or up to 300). Anyway, still seems steep.

Do all the professions cost this much to train after a certain stage?

LOL! That IS cheap! Try leveling Enchanting... AFAIK all the gathering professions get the same prices for learning new levels...

Ok. Well I'm still at the stage of poverty where 4g seems a lot Have to work harder at selling my leather and then it won't seem so much!
