Note Taking Mod?

I'm looking for a mod that would allow me to keep notes on players. Something where I could type in that a warrior was a great tank or a terrible tank so that if I see him again I will know that I grouped with him before and what I thought of him. Does anyone know if anything like this exists?

CTmod supports this with CT_PlayerNotes...

I know there are several other rate type mods. I've inadvertantly downloaded several. I ended up deciding it was more work to write that information in notes.

I guess I decided if I forgot who they were they didn't make that big an impression on me. :P
