Hi everyone,
I have a burning question I can't seem to figure out after reading through the blizzard WOW guide online.
When selecting 1 of the 4 realms to play on (normal, pvp, normal rp, pvp rp)
The guide says if I choose PVP realms, I can only make characters from either Horde or Alliance, but not both. While if I choose PVE realms, I can make characters of either Horde or Alliance. This is talking about characters in my one account right?
I don't really understand this. So say I play Undead, then make an Orc, then finally decide that I want to play Gnome. At that time I would have to open a new account (hence, buy another month's suscription?) Supposed that I want to play both my old Undead and new Gnome, not at the same time, but just having both available as a choice. Kind of like in Diablo 2, but not really, since there is not suscription fee so people could make as many accounts as they wanted...
Is this how this works? Or do suscriptions bind to a "WOW account" registered online, while I can have as many "game accounts" for each "WOW account".
I'm kind of worried because I want to play both sides, but I don't want to stick to PvE and regret it. But I certainly can't afford having two suscriptions going on at the same time.
I'm really sorry for the noobish question. I can't test this out until one month later and none of my friends are playing this (we're starting in a month).
