Not sold. Bought the Warlocks deck. Gives a card (=trinket) that has a chance of healing you for 120-178 (from the top of my head) on hit.

I've probably sold about 10-15 elementals decks. They'll fetch between 280(when the market is flooded) and 400.

This is for 3 months ago, though. I haven't played in a while...I'm not sure how much prices have changed.

Ive been buying the indivual Cards for about 2-5G each, and can sell a deck for at least 300. nice profit

Yeah they are but you can still get them pretty cheap compared to the asking price for all of them, so can still make a profit, if your sensible about it.

The ace seems to be the problem..... Tell me about it. On my server, the Portals deck goes for about 350g tops. So whichever muppet is trying to sell the Ace for 300g is probably not going to have a good day.

Ive managed to pick up one of each Ace for 3.50G each. its mainly the 7 which is the problem for me at 75G

Nope. No such luck.

Though I don't see why you'd want to do that, as Decks sell for more than the individual cards combined.

The aces are hard to come by since they only drop off the big bosses themselves (Gandling, the baron, etc).

I personally haven't gone for the deck trinkets because of the lack of bag/bank space... The cards don't stack, so you need tons of space to hold them around until you collect the entire thing.

I've looked at the decks and they seem cool, but I always thought there were better trinkets out there. The auto-rez one sounds nice, but as I learned this weekend, it's basically just a fast ticket to a higher repair bill. You die and 10% of the time you auto-rez.... just to be broght back up in a battle with little HP....

Different decks cost different amounts...The same deck on diff. servers cost different amounts...

Elementals decks are one of the most efficient sources of profit in the game...at least on my server. The trick is to wait for the cheap Aces...If you see them anywhere between 60g and 80g, snatch them up. If you're patient, you'll find a period (a day or two normally) when they've flooded the market. THis ist he time to buy. Once you do, you can buy all but two of the other cards for 5-8g, and the other two between 10 and 15. You make a profit of between 40 and 120 gold...and it's not high stress at all.

Elementals: Adds a DPS boost. Rogues seem to like this one

Warlords: Chance to heal you on hit. Together with Judgement of light, this is near enough to keep me fully healed in MC for the most part.

Portals: Chance to res. Especially useful for Ressing classes in raids

Beast: Chance to have full mana regen on a spell cast. Very nice in boss fights for healers.

I soloed my deck.

The aces drop from different mobs:

Ace of elementals drops from incendius in BRD and the four elemental invasion bosses (all ELEMENTALS).

Ace of warlords drops from King Gordok in DM (a WARLORD).

Ace of beasts drops from The Beast in UBRS (a, well, a BEAST).

Ace of portals I don't know, but it could drop from gandling or the baron.

I collected the Elementals deck, and got my ace from incendius when I could solo him (he's been buffed now so he's a bit harder, haven't tried since tbh). I bought the other cards from a bloke selling the whole lot except the ace for 40g. So I guess I soloed the deck :) certainly soloed the Ace :D

Yeah, to further emphasise what Cader said, these things are ridiculously easy to bid for... heck, I got my entire deck for less than <40g, with only having to farm the Ace (Elementals Deck). Bidding and patience is your friend, here... many of the cards have a min bid of about 2g, and half the times people don't buy them. Just make sure you try to go for the ace yourself--its ridiculously overpriced on my server (300g), sometimes even more expensive than the deck (try to explain that...).
