Buff frame modification!

I've been looking for the following Buff Bar frame for a long time now, but without succes, hopefully one of you can tell me the name of it!

I forget what it's called....was on the worldofwarcraft forums a while ago since I also needed it. It is a modified version of CT_BuffBar that was on curse-gaming.
