Is this against the ToS? (teamspeak related)

It's absolutely fine to use that, it doesn't change or interface with WoW in any way, it's just a DirectX overlay, like XFire for example :)

It should be fine. However, I've heard of many people having problem with it crashing WoW. Just a warning if you plan to try it.
