What parts are you looking for. It looks a bit of several UIs including Nurfed and the various CT Mods.

Very cluttered, yes.

I see ctmod, scrolling combat text, e-casting bar, something for his action bars that I'm going to assume is Discord Action Bars, Carnival Castbar, and I don't know what those unit frames are.
