Is there a list of Banned mods so I know what to stay away from?

It's either a cheat or a mod, what you're looking for is a list of banned cheats, but they're all banned aren't they?

Not really, there isn't a defined list of banned mods. I recommend that if you have a suspicion about any sort of mod you can post here and I'm very sure someone will answer back about whether a mod is legal or not. Blizzard recommends that you do not have any sort of mod that run alongside WoW (while playing it), that mods downloaded are checked whether they contain executable files (.EXE files for Windows) or not and that you do not use mods in game that seem to automatically do certain things without you pressing a button or the mouse (that is casting spell and having your character walk around). Also take care of the WoW Launcher since it can report any banned programms on your computer.

Klishu: Now that's something different, you're talking about standalone programs there, not mods.

I know the original Nef class call mod for hunters is now banned. It allowed you to remove your bow without hitting any buttons. The now on you have to hit a button to remove it.

It's not banned, the ability to do things without clicking buttons have been removed.

I think mods which changes characters models are banned as well. I read it somewhere. Pretty obvious if you ask me :undecided:

It's not banned, they removed the ability to see changed models somehow(probably something like HL Anti Cheat in CS that scans for models and then decides what to do).
