disabling default blizzard actionbars

I downloaded the ctmod actionbars but once i load my interface, the main blizzard action bar / tool bar is still there


how do i disable this?

Press the escape key and open the Interface Options menu. Uncheck the boxes for the action bars.

I don't think you can turn it off through the interface menu.

I use Bartender and when I logged in it was just gone. Whatever mods do disable it also have to be able to replace the stuff on it somewhere.

Depends on the AddOn, Some like Discord and Flexbar use their own acton bars that replace the Blizzard ones. They often do copy over your setting from the Blizzard bars. Other ones like Bartender simply just use the default Blizzard bars, enabling them to moved, scaled, and to hide the artwork (the gyphons/borders). If you use Discord you want to hide the default bars (which can be done via the Interface Options menu (Advanced Tab)
