mod question

is there a mod that, when whispered something, it replies back with a user defined text

my story is as a paladin its really annoying to have the raid keep asking for blessings and not know who to whisper for whispercast so they just keep spamming it.

i'd like a mod that replies when whispered with easily editable text to say who's giving what blesings (or whatever you want)

Is there a mod like this out already? thanks for your help :)
