UIBackup Question

I have a question about exactly what UI Backup preserves in its backups. I'm thinking about trying out Photek UI and to use it requires me to completely reset every setting, not just addons but also in-game settings, including rebuilding the WTF, Fonts and Interface folders.

If I do a full backup with UIBackup and replace my settings with the Photek ones, can I still restore my settings, both in-game and addons if I chose to not stick with Photek? What I'm most worried about is DAB.

But umm, why use some programs that back things up for you ? Save your Interface & WTF folder twice and you're safe :)
