I played to level 60 with a horde character and got a second upto 40 before I found that one >.>

You have to walk all the stairs and go on the balcony on top of the inn where the Fleet commander is. Back to the door, you have to make a sharp left turn around the corner. It is indeed well hideen.

But wait until you try and find the one in Felwood. Okay...here is a hint: It is called Bloodvenom Post...

the alliance dorf will fly you too. just walk right up to him and right click him to talk to him.
