I feel like a real nub for asking this, but I never figured out how to open WoW screenshots. They're saved as tga's, but I don't have any programs that can run this. Any help?

you can always goto a college and buy a student version if you're stupi... i meant, honest <3 i'm a firm believer of letting big firms and institution pay for site liciences... since they'll be audited... and let the students... get it anyway they can. 500+ USD for a photo editing software for a struggling student is retarded.

If you want a Photo editing software, there are many more and cheaper out there.

Buying Photoshop only to edit your snapshots with it is like buying a Maybach to drive to the supermarket and do the shopping...retarded.
