Burning Crusade Beta

Does anyone know,or heard how soon the Beta spots
will be announced?Many of us were contest winners,but it seems that
its getting close to the Burning crusade release.You'd think Blizzard would
allow enough time for the Beta testers?

All I know is that a large group of people have already received a mail stating that they are in (both EU and US). Keys have not been issued.

To what extent there will be a second wave of mails sent out I do not know (doubt it though).

The Beta Test hasn't started. Those of us that were part of BlizzCon had recieved keys to register for the Beta. We were told that when it starts, a wave of e-mails with the keys to login, and where to download the client/etc. will be sent out. I would assume that the contest winners for various things also were sent the same letter.

I do expect the beta to start literally any day now, however.

What scared me slightly today was the Blizzard interview on the www.wow-eu.com page. Even though it was done during the summer it almost felt like there were tonnes of design issues still to resolve. But I am still hoping.

there is some beta site up on the EU domain of Blizzie, however without a key it's useless.

But I'm sure the beta is gonna start any day now.

Having won a Murloc code and the promise to be part in the beta test of their next game in the Pal Draw on this site, I can say that I didn't get any key, codes, mails or whatever from them...

I got off the phoine with Blizzard yesterday and from what understand the Beta will be quite soon. No exact date as yet but I would say about 4 weeks.
