We've just upgraded internet security at my work place, so all internet connections need to go through our proxy. Firefox was easy to get back up, just autodetect proxy settings, and it's good to go. What about WoW? Any way to get it to go through the proxy? They don't object to people playing (on their own time, of course), as long as it doesn't compromise security - but I'm not sure if it's technically possible. Thanks for any technical geniuses out there

Couldn't you talk about it with your SySAdmin? Point at WoW, what the requirements are etc?

Thanks for replying! While gaming is not frowned upon per se, the time of the IT support group is very tight, and I don't think they'd be thrilled to spend time on getting it to work. If I can't make it work myself, I don't think there's much to do.
Oh, well, I guess playing from one computer only will help me avoid some addon administration tasks!
