I have seen somewhere before that it is possible to take all stacks of an item or say like 5 stacks of an item and place them all at the same time and same price in AH. If this is confusing I mean that you can just make a couple clicks to place 10 stacks instead of placing every one of them seperate.

Is this possible or did I hear wrong? If it is possible can you explain how?

So you want to place a stack of 5 for sale? OR 5 individual pieces for sale at the same time?

I think he wants to post, say, 5 stacks of linen (so, 100 linen in the form of 5 stacks) with a couple mouse clicks.

eh, i think you are correct. I do not have an answer for it. I'm not sure it can be done. If it can, i would like to know as it is fairly common for me to post a couple hundred auctions a day.

Yes I want to place say 10 stacks of steel bars at same time all with same price. I do a lot of mining and it takes a long time making all these auctions.

I knew my first post sounded confusing. Just didn't know how to word it.

You can do it with auctioneer. It doesn't matter how many items you drag to the "Post Auctions" tab, you can set the X stacks of Y values below it. So you can drag a single wool cloth to the tab, and set '5' stacks of '20' (for instance) and it will pull all from your inventory, assuming you have it.

Vlad, thanks for that I didn't know that and I've been using auctioneer forever.

So do I need an add on for this? And if I do need one is it legal?

I didn't realize that either. I thought it depended on the stack you dragged to the sellbox.

Awesome.

Auctioneer and yes its legal. Just do a search about anywhere for it.

Gorny has a good guide for it as well.

Umm, yes and obviously yes ....

It's called Auctioneer, and it's completely legal. Overused, but legal.

Awesome.

It *defaults* to '1' stacks of 'X', where X is however many were in the stack you dragged to the tab. It also automatically changes the price for the stacks *if* you're using the auctioneer price. I would love for it to automatically change the price due to me changing the stack size for custom prices, but alas, no.

Yes, I realized that MadVlad. What I didn't know, and was indicated above, is that Auctioneer can pull stacks from your inventory that you didn't manually drag-and-drop to the sellbox.

Oh by the way it goes like this:

Number of items by number of stacks. (I use to get it backwards...made for funny lists...)
