(Fixed) Buff Button: 15 %d m (Displays weird info)

I have been having an issue with the buttons that show me what buffs / debuffs that I have active on my character at the time.

I don't believe that this is a mod, however a stock option that comes with WoW... has anyone ever had this problem, and if so, do you know how to fix it? I'll do my best to answer any other questions you guys have.

For those that encounter this issue in the future, one of the mods I use is called Cosmos. In Cosmos there are options for Buff Options. There is a setting for either Long Time Format (10 minutes 30 seconds) or Short time format (10:30). My problem is that neither of them was selected. Either selection will resolve this issue, so I selected Short Time Format.
