CTRA Emergency Monitor problems

Hey I'm having a problem with CTRA. When I turn on the emergency monitor, it doesn't show up. Resetting the frames doesn't work, either. Nor does reloading CTRA. Any ideas?

CTRA sucks just as much as it's healing monitor does. Get Squishy with oRA :)
