Please help, trojan keyloggers

Brief intro: My account was hacked and I am awaiting restoration. I already know that 3 of my characters are no longer in the guild I was in, so I assume they have been deleted. While waiting for reactivation, I am trying to find the installed programs.

I opened the program for WoW (obviously I can't log in), and then alt-ctrl-del'd to see what processes are running. I can't find any of the typical svshost.exe mimics. Are there any others I should be looking for?

Beyond that, can anyone recommend a free downloadable program that can search for these keyloggers?

Those detect most things, but not everything...

Do a web search for a virus/trojan scanner called Nod32. It is very effective at catching these.
