Defense ratings

I was wondering about the exact formula to defense ratings. For instance, how many defense points must I gain before I get an extra 1% chance to doge etc.

25 def = 1% dodge + 1% parry + 1% block + -1% to be hit + -1% to be crit

25 weapon skill = +1% to crit +1% to hit, -1% to be dodged, -1% to be parried, -1% to be blocked

no.
think it was somewhere between 10 and 30 defense-rating for 1 defense skill..
varies how much you need depending on your level.
