Error 102 while installing

I get the error at the end of the 3rd disc while installing

"The file "E:\Installer Tome 3.mpq" could not be opened, because an error 102 occurred."

i have tried everything the blizzard officail site says to do (safe mode, delete temp, etc) but none of this works.

I kno it is not the cd tht is corrupt because i installed it on a friends pc to test the discs, so i think it has something to do with my hard drive or cd rom drive

I had the same error on one computer.... I just download the game from the WOW site... and use my cd-key to activate the download version and had no problems....

There used to be a high speed download (for members) off of GameSpy/FilePlanet not sure if it is there anymore....

Hope that helps and I hope you don't have Dial-Up >_<

thank u very much, im going to return the game, as i believe the 3rd and 4th discs r faulty, so if my nu copy doesnt install, ill just download it.
