Hi, I am a priest in need of some serious UI help. Recently I start going on raid and i am having difficulty healing people because they keep going out of my spell range. My computer isn't fast enough to allow me to run around searching my healing target(somewhat/very laggy for me during fight, too many people). So I am wondering if there is actually an UI that will make you run toward an object until you are in spell range before you can cast healing/buff spells? Please any suggestion would be welcome!

Try to guess the answer.

Do you think Blizzard ALLOWS people to use bots?

As the above posted as stated, that is a form of Botting and will lead to the Blizzard Banhammer decending onto your account. Rather than trying to click on onscreen characters, use your function keys or use your party/raid frames and a click casting AddOn like Clique to make the job easier.

I remember I saw an addon once that puts arrows on your screen which you can click to run.

I think he is meaning Target Locater (http://www.curse-gaming.com/en/wow/addons-4274-target-locator.html)

This addon is nice but it doesnt work in instances and Battlegrounds because it needs coordinates.

There is no addon u can use for auto moves because it is not allowed by blizzard.

The only thing u could do is to lower all ur WOW video settings. So the lag should be less.
As healer u have to take care that u are in spellrange of ur target.
Exceptions are only some special bosses in some instances where people have to take care themself to be in the line of sight (1. AQ40 boss for example)

Not that either, I actually mean 4 ARROWS, Right Left Up Down, which you can click to MOVE.

When did clicking makes it easyer to run when it's lagging?

1) Open a window
2) Shut the **** up
3) Jump out the ****ing window

When did it become possible to run to your target automatically ? Use your brains ... TargetLocator + Arrows > Bot.

TargetLocator, indeed. But the arrows won't do a ****. You still have to click to walk. Clicking doesnt make it easyer to walk then what it is with the keyboard.
