More specifically, you'll need 2 CD-keys to be able to play simultaneously. Otherwise one will be kicked or not able to log on when the other is playing/logging in.

The game doesn't recognize what disks you put in the drive to install the software. It's the account you play on that matters.
You can NOT play on the same account at the same time. You require two accounts, thus two CD-keys, to play at the same time. So, you'll have to purchase another copy and pay another monthly fee to play simultaneously with your brother.
Edit: That being said, it also violate the Terms of Service (ToS) for you and your brother to play on the same account, regardless of whether or not you're playing at the same time. The ToS only allow for one (1) person and his/her one (1) dependent to use the same account.
however, if your brother isn't doing something like hacking/buying power lvling, you will be safe.

well it does come with a 10 day trial key. so you could install and use that (if he has it from the original packaging). Then upgrade to a real key at their website.
at least i think that is possible.

That still costs you something like $40, which is the price of just purchasing the disks... ($40 at Best Buy America, $35 at Best Buy Canada)

Dude, read all of the responses, most notably mine. Your question has already been answered.

Yes, you can use the same CD's. The game looks at your account. But, you need two CD-keys to make two accounts. To get that second CD-key, you need to purchase a second copy of the game.
