Player name colour

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but is it possible to change the colour of the name text above players heads? Particularlly change the colour depending on the guild they are in?

This due to the name color being linked into PvP/Reaction status. Not to mention it could be use to exploit

Fair enough, perhaps someone could point me to an addon then that might help easily identify my guild members in a crowded room (hello Ironforge).
