Was just wondering with the new spells out and such, are we only going to get the ones posted on the website? As in is that all...? Was hopeing for some more. Or is Blizzard only showing a portion of the new spells.
Also about BC. Right now i'm lvl 35, and I was wondering if BC had much midrange content. I know about the new starting areas, and the end game raid content and things like that.
Thanks.

Unless you are a very slow leveler, you have probably reached a fairly high level by the time BC comes out, so I don't think you will need to worry about it. Funny as I was thinking the same when I was at your level some 2 months back...

Regarding new spells, Blizzard states that these are some of the new abilities from 60 to 70 - i.e. there may (or may not) be more spells than these. Then again, Blizzard did also state at some point that they would be adding around 4 new abilities to each class, so imho the current information is unlikely to change in a big way. There are ofc also the new spells that are granted through talents.
It also seems that Blizzard's position on the midgame is that it's pretty decent and close to complete as it stands right now, so they probably won't be adding anything to it in BC. Well, there's the new trade skill (Jewelcrafting), so you can expect some NPC vendors, trainers and probably quests related to that - but I would think that's about it.
The BC content starts at lvl 55, as the first Outlands zone is reportedly a 55+ zone. I think you still have a couple of months until the expansion hits, at which time you should/could be in decent shape to take on the new content. Personally I am hoping to get my 3rd 60 by the time BC hits, even though my lowbie Warlock is only lvl 20 atm.. :)

Of course, Blizz state that these are only the new spells... they haven't bothered mentioning the extra ranks for existing spells, except where they've added new effects.

Someone from Blizzard did state (I forget who and where, I want to say on the official forums) that they were adding in abilities/spells from level 40 and higher in the expansion, for every class. There also has been talk of racial spells/abilities for every class like priests currently enjoy, expanding on the differences between the races a bit. Plus of the paladin & shaman spells that have been revealed are any sign of it, there could be some "horde only/alliance only" spells & abilities for each class as well. in BC, level 40 would become the "middle" level, and everything above it would be basically considered as working towards the high end.

Wait, they are going to have level 1-70 Areas with a bulk being 55+. (SO 1- 55 will be 2 areas for Draenea and BE right?) Like you could just play in the outlands and be happy?

err.. not quite
there will be a blood elf area 1-10 equivalent to tirisfal glades/elwylyn/durotar/mulgore/teldrasil/dun morgoth
there will be a dranei area 1-10 equivalent to tirisfal glades/elwylyn/durotar/mulgore/teldrasil/dun morgoth
there will be a blood elf area 10-20 equivalent to silverpine/loch modan/westfall/darkshore/first half of barrens
there will be a dranei area 10-20 equivalent to silverpine/loch modan/westfall/darkshore/first half of barrens
from there blood elves and dranei go to zones other lvl 20 characters go to too (hillsbrad, wetlands, ashenvale, etc..), though ofcourse they can go earleir too, and other characters can go do the early stuff in their zones too.
then once you are lvl 55 you can go to the bottom of Blasted Lands (a current in-game zone around lvl 50-55 enemies), go through the Dark Portal, and you are in the first area of Outlands, Hellfire Peninsula, which has lowest mobs around lvl 55. Then there are more areas out there from there, eventualy being lvl 70 areas in the further reaches of it.

Great info. thank you very much for the posts. And yeh I lvl pretty slow, I've had this game for about 3 months now and I'm still at 35...I don’t have too much time to play tho. But I’ve been really lucky with my gear, and have gotten some amazing stuff!!! <---offsets my unhappiness of being a slow leveler :D

Man, I remeber the first time I saw the Dark portal. That was pretty awesome. I was terribly dissapointed when I went through and nothing happend.
I've got a screenshot of it. "See that demon that you can see real up close? He killed me ~2 seconds after I took the screenshot." A lot of my WoW stories go that way.
