We have a web site at a free guild site hosting service (not sure if it's gold ad free to link, but you can probably Google for 'wow guild site hosting' or something to find it, and likely others). I just use it, I didn't set it up, but the one we use seems to have support for news, forums, calendar of events, bank listings, and some more stuff.
