My account was banned.

My account was banned for malicous attempt and i got a email stating i will be recieving a 72 hour suspension and when i try to log on it says your account is no longer avialable and closed and it is also my 4th day so i should be unbanned by now so right now i am scared it may be perm can someone please help if they have been in this situation before or know what is going on because i cant sleep
