Good machine.....
Correct me if im wrong... but are you getting a new comp. b/c of the keyloggers?
To give me a better understanding what will this PC be used for?
(Knowing this I will be able to better help you on your questions about hardware...) ^_^

Allrighty.....
I often find that if you plan on using your PC for single apps. only ...
You should forget the Dual (Duo) Processors... and just go for a beefier single processor...
And I'd also suggest a 7900 Series Nvidia.... SLI if you have the $$$ to dump on another one...
IF you're happy with the 7600 GT, pick up 2 GB of ram....
Currently Im running
AMD Athlon 3700+
2 Nvidia's 7900GT's in SLI
2GB OCZ Ram...
and the game runs great on max setting and even in windows mode if i wanna keep a website open to help me on a tough quest....
with my machine im also able to keep quit a few processes running in the background.... (AIM, Vent, and other similar apps.)

IIRC, they use TS for their voicecom on the raids they have. But shouldn't make that much of a difference.

Yup, TS = Team Speak. He's one of the chaps from Azeroth Guardians, Pretorian Guard division. *points at the guild forum at the bottom of the forum list* Sent him here, so he could ask for some professional help on this matter.
And IIRC means: If I recall correctly.
