As you can see the news page has changed slightly as far as visuals are concerned but there is more to it that just eyecandy. As we head toward the BC Beta quite a few things are changing on the site so this is just a small first step.

So what's different in the news department? We have completly changed the news submissions system. Previously only admins could post news which seemed a little unfair as this is a 'community' site after all. Now everyone can directly submit news to the news page via the new special News Forum (http://forums.worldofwar.net/forumdisplay.php?f=126). Simply post the news as a new thread and your news will then directly appear on the main news page here so you can get your name in lights :) The main admin team and forum admin team checks all news items that come in and then kicks it live. Simple!

More to come so keep an eye out for changes.

Speaking of the changes...

Doesn't look bad exept for the header of each piece of news. The red colored font is REALLY hard to see against the brown color of the background bar. I actuallt have to select the text to see what it says.
Don't know if it has anything to do with it, but I use FireFox.

Just thought I'd let you know.

Just do a proper full page refresh. Your browser has cached the CSS file :)

Yep. CTRL-F5 clears the local page cache and reloads. Worked for me.
