Graphic problems after 1.12.1

After 1.12.1 I had another of those post-patch glitches of my character graphics not showing. I deleted the addon folder, and so far so good, my character graphics are back. However, my Tailoring window is all messed up - no items showing unless I select a cathegory (cloth, misc etc) and the items/patterns i have doesn't get cathegorized.

The ingame ticket resulted in the cloned "please delete your addon, wdb and wtf forlders". Now, that would probably help but I really doesnt want to reconfigure my UI from scratch.

So, anyone got a suggestion for solving this without deleteing the whole Wxx folders?

update your graphics card driver....

take your add-on, wdb and wtf folders.. and make copies of them and place them outside of your WOW folder and restart the game.... if there are no problems exit the game, and replace the folders, on by one... logging into the game after replacing each one to see if it is a particualr folder/file causing the problem....

AaManiac, thanks, yeah, thats the slow and methodical way of solving it. Since I'm a lazy bugger I was hoping for a straight-at-the-core, delete-that-single-file type of solusion ;-)

well you can always... go the long and propr way of doing things....

1: Start-up in safe mode.
2:Empty your TEMP
3: Scan 4 Virus, Ad-Ware,Spyware
4: Update/Reinstall any drivers
5: Re-Boot
6: Reinstall WOW
7: Reinstall AddOns
8: Play The Game

But what I posted in my last post is prob the betty way of going about doing things especially when it is quicker....
