I just hit lvl 50 and I have am curious about Argent Dawn. When can I and when should I start working on my rep with them? I am currently 216/3000 Neutral with them and to be honest – I am not sure how I got the 216. I have been poking around Ungoro for a little while and have a few leaves, but I am not sure who to turn them in to or what lvl I have to be to turn them in.
Also – what are the benefits of getting rep with them?

Chillwind Camp in WPL and Light's Hope Chapel in EPL are the main hubs for AD quests, rep etc. Check out the official website for details of AD rewards.

YOu get some nice rewards after each level of rep gain. I sugggest just running scholo, strats and not turning anything in until you get revered. After revered you cant get xp from just killing mobs. If you are ever planning on going in Naxx, you need to be atleast friendly, and the higher the rank you are, the less it will cost to get attuned. there are also enchants that you can get as well.

Everything is blocked from work, so I can't look anything up right now.
But basicly, lvl 50 is still too low to really worry about it? I should wait until I can run scholo and just keep a nice collection of leaves going until I get revered?

That's what to do, don't even turn in the stones you get from killing undeads (when you have the argent dawn trinket equipped) untill you hit revered.
You will get rep from just killing all the way to revered (or at least halfway, can't remember), so don't waste em yet. 25 for turning in, 25 for using the token you recieve. I even saved up my quests on an alt, not sure how much they will give at revered tho..

EPL and WPL are good lvling places in through the 50s (you can't do everything at 50 but you can do a bunch) and most of the quests give AD rep

You can do a few things in WPL.
If you're Alliance, go to Chillwind Camp in the southern part of WPL, you get there from the Alterac Mountains, if you're Horde, go to the Bulwarks in the Western Part of the WPL, borderline being in Tirisfal Glades.

This is a great guide, from what I can see there are no gold ads, just something for the economist, anyway, hope the mods won't be too harsh if I am wrong!

...if you're Horde...
I’ve never been so offended in my life….
lol j/k - I have one lvl 19 hoardy alt - she is undead and the only reason that is ok is b/c they aren’t really hoard -they are the forsaken and they just use the hoard as long as it is to their advantage. Tauren are ok too - they shouldn't be hoard... I'll Trade you the tauren for dwarfs....
not a big hoard fan... I mean... if your going to be a bad guy.. you should at least be cool.

Well, read the Wowwiki entry when you get home, but here's what you need to do at 50:
1) Go directly to Chillwind Camp and collect and equip your Insignia of the Dawn and get a Vitreous Focuser and put it in your inventory. Make sure you have a large amount of inventory space.
2) Kill non-elite undead at Sorrow Hill and Felstone Field until you've got to Honored rep. Pick up everything they drop, store all the Runecloth and "Osseous Agitators" "Somatic Intensifiers" and "Ectoplasmic Resonators" that they drop (the latter three items are BoP so you need a lot of bankspace to do that, but the Runecloth can be sent to an alt and you can hit "Return" on it all when necessary).
You should only need to kill 600 mobs to do that, more like 580 in your case (550 or less if you're human). It really isn't that many and the XP may gain you a level or two.
3) Go back to the Wowwiki website on the AD faction, and read carefully. Probably the best thing to do is basically to do all the quests and then level up to 58-60 and come back and do Scholo/Strat over and over. It'll get you a lot of nice gear, amongst other things.

No more AD quests until honored imo.
Just grind it and don't forget the Vitreous Focuser!

If I group does rep get split like exp? Or do I still get full credit with AD for a kill even if a lvl 60 is helping me?

Full credit :D
Though if he is wearing an AD trinket he will get half the scourgestones unless you have the loot set to FFA (not a huge deal, but it'll make the eventual Revered-Exalted grind a little longer).
You probably did a couple of quests in Desolace..there is an AD guy at the lighthouse..hence the 216 rep...
Other than that the wowwiki guide is great..though they do have gold ads...

Run scholo until revered that is the best rep. Also the drops are good as well, it is a tough instance but if you can do it through gandling you won't have any trouble with the strat runs.

Yes, there is the short AD quest chain in Desolace and also a lower level one for BFD that starts from Darnasus. That could be where you got the initial faction.

If you go to the western plague lands (50-60) You can get an AD badge then if you go around kill NPC they drop like a skull thing if you get 20 of em you get lots of rep! Then you hand in the skull things and you get even more
hope this was usefull cya :sunny:

Level to 60 in the cauldron fields, then run scholo if you want best rep results. Don't do any turnins until you want to push through to the level you want.
I turned everything in when I hit honored because I only wanted to get to revered, if you want exaulted well... hold until you are revered.
Follow the wowwikki if you want but i found it a little too detailed.
This was what I did.
Got the ad trinket, got the strat quests when they were available and the AD quests.
Leveled in cauldron fields and did cauldron quests.
I held onto all core of elements, savage fronds, dark iron scraps and bone fragments i picked up in various places, such as BRD and grinding.
Made 60, started running scholo Corrupters scourge stones are great. Also, if you are leveling in WPL you can get in on Araj groups that also drops the corruptor stone which is great for rep.
I think I averaged about 2-2.5k rep per scholo run NOT counting turn ins for stones and fragments.
I really wouldn't worry about it all that much as you will be doing scholo/ud start anyway and those bosses will give rep all the way to exaulted. I know some people have run baron/gandling 30 times each trying to get their drops and have just leveled their rep without even trying. The rewards are very good.
Good luck to you.
