60-Day Prepaid Info

I cant find what im looking for online. So i got the 60-day package and i find out that i cant upgrade my account with it. ok. So i need an authenticiation key to use it, and dont have one. Do i have to go buy one? or can i use the guest pass and then use the 60 days on to that. I cant call customer support because here it is saturday. Inside the box with the Card, i got: One 10-day guest pass, and the Card. Is that all that is in there? Or am i missing something. Help!:cry:

Yes, you will need an authentication key to upgrade your account with. The guess pass key is not the same as an authentication key, while it can be used to create an account, the account itself has limitations placed upon it.

Upgrading the account, removes said limitations and let's you play the game normally and thusly also make use of your gamecard.

Anyway, go to your account management, and there should be a big honking red button with lettering in it, which says: Upgrade Online Now.

Bit below that is the section where you could enter the authentication code, which you can get from a retail version of the game.

That is, this applies to the US version of WoW, no idea if the same options are there for the EU version.
