Mounts(1.12.1 patch)

Ok, I really dont understand the whole new mount thing ever since the patch. Im lvl 60 and already have my epic mount (That automatically gives me 150 riding skill). Now since I have max riding skill, how much are mounts and can I buy any one now? I really havent had much time lately to play and investigate. Also my next question, I have an 36 hunter alt, how do these changes apply when getting your first mount? Also how do I raise skill when the time comes?

the actual mounts should be much much cheaper now on your main (something like 8g for regular, 80g for epic, maybe even cheaper I haven't looked at the vendors)

if your 36 alt never bought a mount it doesn't affect it in any way, it's just that instead of paying a little for training and a lot for mount you will pay a lot for training and a little for mount. same overall cost. but lets you buy diferent color mounts if you so choose to do in the future for cheaper.
