Gold Transfer?

Hi All

I have an alliance toon with x amount of Gold yet my guild has split up and i now wish to join some of my friends on the horde side.....Is there any way to get my gold over to them before i delete and change my side??

You can't bid on you own auction, even with a toon from the other faction if he's in the same account. You need to find a trustable friend to bid for you or a second account.

Well, since he already has friends on the horde side, that shouldn't be a problem for them to transfer through the auction house.

As mentioned, you'll lose a decent cut on the auction fee. It's quite a bit higher than the normal faction AH. To transfer your money, just have one of your friends put up some useless trivial thing like a feather or piece of boar meat for a very high buyout price on the neutral AH. You buy that item with your alliance char and then log into your horde char and get the gold from your friend.
