Troll Tribal Necklaces

In the hinterlands is a quest to collect necklaces off the trolls. This quest is repeatable. It is a level 45 quest. Ever since the news of the expansion coming out, my guild has been on a break. Most of us are farming gold to be ready for the expansion. I have been farming trolls int he hinterlands. Im curious if I save all these necklaces will I be able to use them to level post 60? My question is due to the level of the quest. Can a levle 60 get experience from the necklaces since it is a reputation and experience quest.

don't think so, not enough experience it requires u to get from 60-70

I believe it was mentioned already that people saving up items to hand in in the expansion for free exp will be dissapointed :P Tho not sure where I read that, just sure I read it somewhere.

Somewhere I did read about the Wildhammer Clan being in the BC though, so turning in all those necklaces for Rep. might get you a jump ahead at yet *another* horrible rep grind.

yes it is. Im currently revered with them. No rewards though. Ive heard there is a WildHammer clan vendor in SW, but havent founded him yet...

The PvP item vendor in SW (not in the Champion's Hall, just outside), used to be from the Wildhammer Clan

NO i dont mean going from level 60 to 70 just on turn ins. Im just curious if i would get experience at all. Maybe I can jump a few bubbles is all im asking.

you wont' get post-60 exp from repeatable quest be it necklaces, bg turnins, quiraji lord insignia, argent dawn stones, or something else I can't recall atm

Seems to me that the BG turnins give non-60's XP....and that the only reason a 60 doesn't get any is that a 60 can't get XP right now...

So, it follows that it is possible that a 60 will get rep from BG turnins if they have BC.

isnt the windhammer clan the key organisation in control of all the griffons ?

i heared that you have to pay less for flying the better your reputation gets. Not that this would motivate me to slaughter 1000's of stupid trolls... ( ps : at lvl 45 you get more reputattion per turn in than on lvl 60... i only got 1 reputation point per turn in at lvl 60, so i gave up )

edit : and stop all the speculation about friggin BC, we will see when it is in the stores, everything before then is speculation and a waste of time. thx.

I heard that too. Each time to level in rep with them, you get a discount on flight cost.

If you do the chain to save Sharpbeak, you also have a discount.
But I never verified.
@60, I'll be able to solo the quest, so I'll check it out.:smiley:
