Someone must have asked this again but I can't seem to find anything using the search function.

My guild is currenlty at Huhuran and we are a bit short on people with high NR and I was wondering if hunter pets actually count towards those 15 NR "sponges" needed during her enrage phase (after 30%).

We have attempted her a few times and got her down to enrage phase but then we wiped very fast, so we didn't have time to notice if it was the toxic spit that killed the pets and aq40 reseted this morning. Can anyone tell me if hunter or even warlock pets are targeted by her toxic spit?

Wowwiki says that pets are not targeted by the toxic spit. Is that true? :ponder:

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

They don't.

There was one short period where they were... and huhuran had never been eaiser because felhunters and hunter pets soaked up a bunch of shots.

But currently pets are immune to most 'pseudotargeted' aoes.(Huhuran's toxic spit, Widow's poison, burning adrenaline, etc.)

Dunno if you're Horde or Alliance, but Paladins are great wall members, too. Bubble for 12s of immunity.
