WoW <-> MSN/AOL Instant Message Bridge

Would it is against the EULA to make a bridge between WoW and Instant Message clients? I was thinking of ripping the guts out of GAIM and interfacing it with the WoW UI.

That is what I thought to but I wanted to double check. I think it would be super useful. But I can see why they wouldn't allow it.
