Priest - gonna hit 13 this week - should I stop now?

I enjoy PvP still, but I dunno if I can take/manage st1 for 3 weeks solid.
I'm exhausted - got a full-time job and want my life/sleep back.

What are your thoughts?

Play until you stop enjoying what you're doing. You've obviously stopped enjoying it, so stop playing ...

I have yet to figure out why people become so dedicated to a video game that they lose sleep, food, jeopardise their job, and ruin relationships.

Sounds like you've already answered your own question. Take care of RL first, the game is secondary to your health and overall well being.

Plus, with the BC coming soon enough - ranks will be a thing of the past (except for the arena - of course...) :rolleyes:

Just curious, what kind of time are you putting in to BG right now??

I don't know how you people do it. I have JUST hit rank 11 and it was a long struggle to get there. I don't even think it would be possible for me to hit rank 13 let alone 14. I am sooooo sick of BGs it is not even funny.

As the others have said I think you answered your own question... Time to quit bud. I know in my case aside from doing 1 night a week of a few ABs to get exhaulted I am done PvPing and won't miss it one bit.

You would be extra upset if someone who paid for a botting/bg service keeps you from getting rank 14 because their char stays in bg's 24/7...

With the BC coming out soon it only 2 months i doubt you'll make that much ranks anyway besides, lord only knows that you should take a break prioritize your life and come back to the game stress free

seems to me most people to who for the top end ranks all burn out and nearly all stop pvping.

i only got to rank 10(though had to do it twice as i quit and came back after they introduced the newer blue pvp gear)

maybe because i didnt grind everyday nonestop the BG's are still fun for me(except for WSG, honorfarming morons have sucked the life out of that)

but ya, take a break, then when your ready just fight for fun, its much more satisfying.

you are a priest , Anathema has almost equal stats like the rank 14 staff if you allready managed to get rank 13 stop it.

Go get 1 week free of WOW then go find a guild do a couple of MC runs get the EYE and go for Anathema

and that's the worst part of it i think ... I know one girl who took three
nights off last weekend put 14 hour days into the BG and she was still
beaten by the guy who every week seems to put in around 700K honor
- week in - week out - top spot honor

how is it that this guy can do that?
