Ok. I dont know if this goes on at other servers, but it's starting to bug me like crazy. Almost every other bg im in, the horde grab the flag and run up the side of their building to hide on the little ledge. If you've seen it then you'll know what I'm talking about. This is really a pain on my rogue who cant do anything to get him down. I had one time where our team was searching for him for a good 20 minutes because he got up there and hidden to teh point where he was impossible to see unless you started using tab. Any solutions?

Petition a GM and not the abusers name.
At least the GM I petitioned when a mage was shooting me through the fence at the horde side ramp bade me to write down the name and petition again.
this shouldn't be any different.

You mean the guy got to the roof and hide there? That's no bug, in fact, it is intended that way. The roof is accessible via the tunnel. You can see that opening to the side of the tunnel. Go through it and you reach the roof.

If you jump a bit you can get there fairly easy. Personally I don't really think it is a glitch/bug since everyone can get there, it's at most a bit unfair since I don't think the Alliance building has such a ledge. But I'm not too bothered by it.

the alliance building doesnt have the ledge but it does have a lil slit in the doorways where you can go in and hide, untargetable and virtually invis unles you go through the slit and find them.

I see this post veering towards how to use glitches...
Any way, are you talking about jumping up the wall next to the flag? I'm pretty sure horde and alliance can do it. You can jump up the wall to the left of the flag (If you're facing the flag, its the left side).
I've seen people with the flag do it before, and you can only range him down. If hes too far up there though, I don't think you can even range him from the roof.

Half the bugs were fixed last patch, except conveniently most of the ones at Horde base. You can use /target to locate hiders and if you're a pet class you can use ctrl-1 and, being close enough, your pet will run in the right direction. As for getting them down, I find it's typically a good idea to get most of your team in their flagroon (since it's typically empty when they're glitching), then drop their flag and get it returned. Usually the flagholder will hop off, try to return it. Then you can muller him and bugger off with yours.
Another solution is just to have some tight, smart defense.

There are bugs on the Alliance side too... getting into the planter on the roof is one that I see used often enough... and there is nothing you can do to get them down at all unless you know how to get in there yourself... then there is the side of the building GY side that they will some how be stuck to the outside about 3/4 of the way up the wall. That spot depends more on horde just not looking there though because once you're spotted it's easy to kill you.

Hunter tracking = easy find, dps them down from ledges.
Whats the problem again?

The problem with the planter on Alliance roof is unless you get in there yourself you can't attack them due to line of sight issues. So they can basically send a 9 man zerg after your flag indefinitely without fear of their flag carrier being killed. Use track humanoids and it will only tell you where they are but once you find em all they will do is wave at you and laugh at your futile attempts to target them.

The worst ones are the ones right by the GY. It becomes near impossible to kill the carrier because killed defenders spawn right there and jump back into the fight. This is especially true for the Alliance side, who tend to turtle up and are usually pretty good at healing.
