Language please, he was trying to help after all. Have you tried the fileplanet version of the client as well?
If not, then try the old Beta Client here (http://www.gamershell.com/news/18430.html). Patch it up and it should be good to go.

Ok I did all of the above AND I also copied the CD to the Hard drive and all of the tomes as other's have suggested and the game still would not install. I even copied the game from another machine and it still would not run. This is what worked for me. I tried the CD on another PC and it loaded fine so I knew the media was good. I went into the registry. Regedit, HKey local machine ,software. I first looked for anything under Blizzard and deleted it. Then I went and looked for anything under World of Warcraft. I deleted every key I found and there were a lot of them and I noticed some were installer entries. After a reboot I launched the installer and it went without a problem. Even after an uninstall the reg. keys are still left in the registry one of them was currupted that is why it would not run or install. Going into regedit is a last resort be VERY careful and take your time if you try this. If you nuke a key by mistake you will know it. Good Luck
