Anyone recognize the UI or Mods ??

Anyone recognize the Mods used in this UI? Found the screenshot while trolling the web and love the clean look of it. Especially interested in the raid layout. Thanks!

Seems like it's made up of several addons.

Minimap - "SimpleMinimap"
Player/Target frames - "Discord Unit Frames"
Buttons - "Discord Action Bar"
Bar at the bottom - "Titan Panel"
Raid panels - "CT_RaidAssist" I believe. Not sure, though.

Other addons used:
"Decursive"
"Scrolling Combat Text" (SCT)

I'm not sure which addon is used to change the casting bar or the font type.
If I'm wrong about some of the addons mentioned here I can calm you by saying the same effects can de achieved with these addons. :wink:

The Unit Frames and Raid Frames are MiniGroup2 (confirmed by the MiniGroup2 minimap button)
The Raid mod is CT_RA (however the CT_RA RaidFrames are not use)
The BossMod is BigWigs (the timer bar for Zombies is built into BigWigs)
The Bar at the bottem is FuBar (NOT Titan Panel)

I also spot either oCastingBar or eCastingBar (the cast bar mod)
The fonts are done by ClearFont
