3D avatar mod

Could somebody tell me the name of the mod that changes your avatar to a 3D character that moves? I've searchd the forums but found nothing.

Full character models Model Magic (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=2468) or Zuxana's Model Citizen (http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=1900). Both are out of date but work with patch 1.12

Second on the X-perl. I don't have target or player enabled (I use ArcHUD), but the party frames are beautiful and the raid organization is outstanding.
